Caretaking & property oversight

We look after our listings. We know what it's like to own a home in Brenton and, importantly, that retaining their value requires regular and ongoing oversight, operational checks and maintenance. So our proactive service extends beyond the obvious to the often-neglected essentials like scheduled electrical, plumbing, heating and security checks. We like our clients to sleep as well as their guests do at night.
